The processing of data related to the contact service takes place at the registered office of the business.
As data controller, we store your personal data for the purposes and times specified below and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that your data is protected and secure.

This Privacy Policy relates to this website and not to any other websites not belonging to the Data Controller that may be consulted by the user by browsing the links.

USE OF THE CONTACT FORM
The website performs a predominantly informative function of the activities carried out by the Fidia Group, therefore, in most cases, there is no collection of personal data from the navigator.

Collected data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of elimination of storage” art 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines stipulated by legal regulations. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

Requests relating to the exercise of your data shall be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of the request; this period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity or number of requests.
